We had a wonderful trip to phuket. Mr. Syed Junaid was of great help from day one of my interaction with tripfactory. he was quick and polite in his responses. we thank the whole team especially syed for his coordination and help.

P.S. : one suggestion i would like to make -- Your coordinator or contact person at thailand(phuket) has a language barrier. it would be good that she improves her english and communicative skills.
In the end it was a memorable trip for my whole family.
I will recommend you guys to my friends and relatives. Especially Syed Junaid. Great guy to coordinate with and very helpfull.
