On the whole a value for money itinerary and trip. Hotels were good with decent breakfast but the Dinner location in Salzburg was below par. The owner had a grumpy face and gave an impression that he was doing service by attending to us. There was perceptible difference in the way he treated us and other guests. The food was bad. Other than this negative a good experience altogether. The accounts part should be updated more frequently and prior information of itinerary, etc. should be arranged. This was one of the biggest lacunae in the package. I had to pursue everyday and honestly didn’t expect the trip to happen. Coordination was lacking and the customer s were only proactive. The telegram group and prior information promised never happened for me
