Thank you so much, for arranging such a wonderful trip for us. I really appreciate you and your team for follow up and the prompt help you all provided. As it was our first international trip, we all were in panic situation during all the flight issue we had to face and I had to bother you all at every hour for the unexpected events we were facing, Deepak me and my family appreciate for your help. The tour guides we had during phuket and pattaya were also very nice. The tour executive chat, whom we met in pattaya was very nice, we did not get chance to say thanks to him and his boss. They were of great help. One thing the hotel in pattaya was not so good. The wash rooms were not good. The hotel staff was not co operating. They did not give us any proper information, I would suggest if you have family going to pattaya then eastiny plaza is not so great. We loved our stay at phuket and Bangkok the hotels were really great. At last I want to say thanks to you all and I would definatly like to go to my next trip with trip factory.
