Dear Team,

I would like to provide detailed feedback regarding our recent Dubai trip experience.

Overall, our trip to Dubai was superb and memorable. From Day 1 to Day 7, most of the arrangements were well executed, and we were able to complete almost all planned activities smoothly. We are 90% satisfied with our journey. The coordination on the ground in Dubai was excellent, and the online assistance team throughout the 7-day trip was extremely supportive. They were always available on time, responsive to our queries, and provided quick solutions whenever required. This gave us confidence and peace of mind during our stay.

However, there are some important areas where improvement is needed.

Regarding itinerary planning, we feel it could have been better optimized. With better guidance and structured scheduling, we could have covered 3–4 additional attractions without feeling rushed. Some key experiences were not properly explained or suggested to us in advance. For example, we completely missed the Emirates Flight Experience, which should have been informed and offered during the planning stage. As first-time international travelers, we relied heavily on your expertise and expected such experiences to be proactively recommended.

Pre-departure communication and coordination were not handled smoothly. Initially, Anitha was assisting along with Spoorthi, and the planning phase appeared organized. However, after my initial payment was completed, I was informed that Anitha was no longer leading the process. From that point onward, there was no clear single point of contact, and communication became inconsistent.

Barakha was later assigned, but unfortunately, she did not seem fully aware of my booking details. I repeatedly had to explain my itinerary and booking information, which caused unnecessary stress. As a customer, I expect proper internal coordination and a smooth handover process.

Two days before departure, I was informed that Spoorthi would be on leave and that Barakha would handle everything. This last-minute transition created significant tension. Unfortunately, Barakha was working remotely from Sikkim and was not fully briefed about my booking. It appeared that there was no proper handover done. She had to ask me several questions about my own itinerary, which added to the stress during a critical pre-travel period. Due to this confusion, I had to personally visit your office two days before departure to clarify and collect all necessary information. This situation was avoidable and disappointing.

Because of these booking-stage issues, I had decided before traveling that I would never book again with Trip Factory and would not recommend your services. The stress in the final days before departure was not expected from such a reputed company.

However, after reaching Dubai, my perception changed completely.

The ground handling, coordination of tours, timely pickups and drops, and overall execution were excellent. Everything was managed professionally. The support team was proactive, well-coordinated, and solution-oriented.

A very special thanks to Saloni. She was in continuous contact with us from departure until our return. She patiently handled all concerns and ensured that pending issues were resolved promptly. When I visited your office, Saloni and her manager personally supported me and sorted everything efficiently. Her dedication, professionalism, and customer-first approach made a significant positive difference in our overall experience.

Additionally, the hotel stay, transfers, and activity bookings were smooth and hassle-free. The drivers were punctual, vehicles were clean, and vouchers were well arranged. These aspects greatly enhanced our comfort during the trip.

To summarize:

• 5 stars for the overall Dubai trip execution
• 5 stars for Saloni and the Dubai support team
• 0.5 star for the initial booking coordination team

This was our first international trip, and despite the booking-stage challenges, it turned out to be a fantastic and memorable experience in the end.

I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve internal coordination and communication at the booking level, as your ground operations are truly strong.
