We had a great experience with Trip Factory. Everything was well organised, from the first phone call to being dropped off at the airport at the end. Staff members were also available during our trip to answer questions that came up. The only complaint is that when we were refining the plan for the trip, it felt that the Advisor did not always listen to our requests or directly answer all of our questions, which was a bit frustrating. However, everything in India went very well, so on the whole I would definitely recommend this company if you want a seamless trip!
