Everything was well coordinated in Dubai. Hotel stay was a pleasant one and the staff were very courteous and helpful. However, complimentary dinner at the hotel could have been planned better by Tripfactory.

FYI: People who are opting for Visa on arrival need not carry any documents or submit any documents online before leaving.

Hi, first of all thanks a lot for organising such a good vacation for us. Your ground support team at Port Blair is amazing. There are few points I would I like to highlight
1. Your ground team at Havelock needs improvement.
2. PNR of Tickets for Ferry from Havelock to Port Blair on 6th were provided at last moment and no print out given which I had to get as printed tickets are required for boarding.
3. Pick ups were late on 5th and 6th morning at Havelock and when asked the reason he casually told us 'too many tourists so I forgot'.

Points I have highlighted are not complaints but just a mere suggestions to help you and other travelers.

Everything was well planned by the team of trip factory except, city tour as the guide and cab wasn't good. We got a non AC cab & on beach we got 15 minutes only which is very less, he could have cut down the time from other spots like shopping. Also, in Ferrari world you need entire day but, they gave on 3 hr 30 min. Luckily our guide that day was very helpful n he gave 30 minutes extra

The Arrangement made by trip factory in every aspect was commendable and appreciable. Would not have asked for more. Our travel expertise Surabhi was available all the time for responding to our queries irrespective of the office timings. Would surely recommend for others..

We enjoyed our stay in Dubai, trip was well planned as per my custom request, Manu Revath is just excellent in taking my inputs and coming up with all best he can, responses from trip factory and maintaining timing of pick up, drop offs is good too. I still felt we had some time left in batweenvtours each day, could have planned more places to visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Dubai, trip factory arranged everything according our convineice, the tickets, transfers follow up everything was just amazing, I loved the stay and recommend everybody to use this app, thanks a lot sufiya for being such a good travel expert, had a great time.

Thanks to Prajwal for making it a memorable trip . Very well organised and have already recommended to many . I was so very worried initiatlly but you built my confidence to travel with trip factory for my further holidays .
Couple of suggestions:
Burj Khalifa should be booked during the day or 4-7 pm slot . If you are experiencing under water world at Atlantis not required at Dubai mall
The bday experience for my son could have been given by trip factory by partnering with Hilton on 22 Nd ..... experience counts . Otherwise overall well done and thanks to Prajwal and trip factory

I an very happy with the way you planned our trip,initially it was a bad start as check-in problem at Hotel sealord Kochi & also hotel was below average rating as per our expectation of three star hotel.We recommend not to arrange stay there in future for anyone.At all other places,it was nicely arranged & special inclusions also.At alleppy,it was a wonderful resort ,very delighted to stay there.For Internal transfers ,vehicle arranged was very good as well as driver Mr.Arun.it was happy travelling with him.
