Will Recommend to Others
Good part
Overall the trip was very good, well organized and particularly my kids enjoyed. A very big thanks to Mr. Clinton who took initiative 1 week before my travel and did everything he can. Thanks to Albert as well. Local team in Singapore is also punctual and good in terms of pick-up/ drop-off at hotel and all the attractions that we visited. Tour tickets were handed over as soon as I landed in Singapore, so no tension of that as well. Hotel is decent and flight timings are also comfortable.
Once again, big Thanks to Mr. Clinton.
Bad part
I have to go through lot of tension for few days before travel. When I booked the trip, Madhura was the travel agent assigned to me. Looks like she left Tripfactory and my itinerary was not assigned to anyone. Looks like, the telephone system is automated and my calls are automatically routed to Madhura, who is no more with TripFactory & no one answered my calls. I have to approach Tripfactory store in Indira Nagar, who gave Mr. Albert's mobile number who took initiative to take it to Mr. Clinton. Mr. Clinton came for rescue and everything was smooth after that.
Long story short, if the travel agent is leaving the itinerary has to be assigned to someone else automatically. I think this flaw in your system needs to be fixed.
All said and done, I don't mind booking with you again.
