We recently went a family trip to Dubai and the experience was extremely awesome. Our heartfelt thanks to Tripfactory especially to Manu and Salman who guided us very from the beginning with Al their patience. It was my 1st international booking and I was very tensed. But Manu and Salman with all their patience solved every issue I had. Arrangements were beyond the expectation. Every guest who travelled with me were very happy. It was very nice experience to Munnar trip. We enjoyed a lot. Both the hotels and houseboat were amazing, specially we loved at wood resort in Munnar. The cab which was allocated for us to wander the sighscene and pick up-drop was very good. Driver was friendly and supportive. He helped us throughout the trip and guided us very well. Munnar and other Kerala sighscenes are just unbelievable. Houseboat is also good and they provided us good service. All the natural beauty everywhere. People are kind and supportive in Kerala. Overall we enjoyed the journey and hotels. We afe satisfied with this package and experience. Thank you.

It was my first experience with tripfactory and I didn't expect that it would be so great. We really enjoyed the trip and every pickup and drop was on time. And the ground staff and drivers were also very cooperative. And especially the telegram team was so good and fast, replies were given within a second if i had problem. Overall it was 5 out of 5 stars to tripfaCtory team. Looking forward to travel with tripfactory soon. ❤️

This trip was a surprise trip for our family and was well supported by Trip Factory and I would like to appreciate Mr. Sridhar who was so polite and patent to guide us through, All schedules went well as planned other than small issues which were sorted then and there. People from Telegram could have been a little more updated in terms of currency, Hotel room policy and time of checkouts. Anyways I would strongly recommend Tripfactory if you are a bad planner. cheers guys keep up the good work.

The trip was very well coordinated. All the drop and pick up to hotel bookings were perfect.
Never did we feel the need to call anyone regarding the schedule or any bookings.
Keep up the good work.

Surely will recommend to friends and family, as they provide very budget trip. I got the lowest quote from them among all the vendors I enquired.
It was all managed and very informative at planning stage, you get all question answered at planning stage, so need to worry just go and book your trip with them.

The highlight of the trip was the cab driver subhash Chand. He was calm, helpful and very attentive driver. No complaints against him. The grand welcome hotel shimla was good. Good service, food. The worst experience I had was in the hotel manali retreat. No, proper service, had to call many times to get the basic needs. During last days, they improved, but still would not recommend this hotel especially to couple. Overall trip was great.

We recently went for a Family vacation to Kuala Lumpur organised by Trip Factory. the trip was very well organised and I am most definitely making my next vacation with you. The Hotel was very centrally located ( this was a change which I had requested ) and the staffs at the Hotel were very helpful and gave informative tips, very friendly. The team at KL took very good care as messages in Telegram was immediately responded to, the drivers were very informative and extremely helpful and courteous. Although in some of our trips it was written as seat-in-couch for our transfers on the vouchers, but we were lucky to have been provided with nice cars only for us, we did not have to share vehicles. A small tip for anyone going for the first time, get a local Sim card at the Airport and then download GRAB, the easiest, safe and reasonable way to move around your own ( like UBER OR OLA ). Local taxis are expensive and they won't charge you by the meter. Overall a great trip......highly recommend TRIP FACTORY......A special thanks to Mr Clinton Thomas Perumban for all his guidance and help. Thank you Team Trip Factory

Trip factory did a great job in chalking out a memorable Thailand vacation for me. Each and every aspect of the trip was planned meticulously by a travel expert. They also have an amazing telegram group that gave us round the clock support during the trip. I'll definitely choose trip factory for my next vacation.

Our trip to Bali with trip factory was really well organised with almost zero issues(quest hotel did not have much of vegetarian options was the one glitch we had) throughout our trip. Trip factory’s collaboration with ICS group from Bali was fantastic. All our demands to visit places of our choice were accommodated and in certain cases better choices were provided to us. Naphi from trip factory made sure that all our queries were answered and facilitated a seamless trip. Special shoutout to Dewa from ICS (guide cum driver)did a fantastic job in showing us around Bali and being extremely hospitable throughout our trip. I’m sure this is a trip that will be etched in our memories for a long time to come.

Guidance and response form the team was good. Given 4 star rating as there are areas of improvements. My suggestion is that the team should be in touch with what is happening in the area where tourist are visiting. For eg when we visited Kamakia Temple, Pushkar event was going on and we could not get darshan due to rush. Secondly special tickets were sold out at 5:30am in the morning.

Driver was excellent and knew the way and places well. Accommodations were also very good

The trip was well planned for 5 night 6 days.
The necessary information regarding cabs pickup and tours were given before time. I did not face any issue during my trip.
One issue I would like to highlight that the Visa I got just 20 hrs before the flight. Till that time I was not sure that I am going or not. Did not get any information about Visa from anyone though I sent multiple email and chat.
