It was a great trip to Sri Lanka, The tour guide (Chaminda) was excellent and was very helpful and knowledgeable, He was on time every day and was courteous all the time. Definitely recommend Tripfactory....

It was very well organised and the team was prompt enough for the support we need. I think everything goes well and the trip remains memorable if the team support promptly during the travel days. I was very happy contented with the way my package was organised

We planned our Dubai trip just 2-3 days before our scheduled flight bookings. Trip Factory spoc( Neha) was patient enough to revise our itinery request for 7 times and tailor it as we needed. ( Thing that could have been better is educating us about the terminologies they use like SIC , Pvt transfers etc , also advise to avoid overpacking the itinery)

We reached airport and were confused with no number to call or seeing no placards with our names, thankfully with free wifi and charge in mobile the help on a telegram was useful for Careem taxi pickup ( Things that could have been great: having someone with our name card at arrival, just reduces anxiety)

The sightseeing plan was well managed, with proper pick-up and drop to hotel. As most of the places at Dubai are huge and involve lots of walking - the leisure time at the location was limited, also as you travel in a group the discipline to adhere to agreed timings is well maintained.

Drivers are well behaved and practise good punctuality , it will be difficult for someone who has no respect for time or is with IST mentality.

Overall I am satisfied with the trip conduct and the support. As for the first time i took a conducted tour, I got my learnings.

The Trip to Shimala, Manali was absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end with Trip Factory. The Travel Planner Abhinav is very attentive. He answered our queries very patiently and gave us excact package option considering our time, duration and budget.

According to us most important part of trip is Hotels and Driver. The Trip Factory win our hearts on both the fronts. The Driver was super helpful and talkative. It was fun to explore places with him.

The Hotels selected for our stay were 3-star category and lovely. Excellent service was provided by them and made our stay cozy and comfortable.

Thank you Trip Factory, we enjoyed a lot and it was a great trip with Lifetime memories. We highly recommend Trip Factory to Family and Friends.

Pls note some irritants I faced..This will help you to plan better in future.

a) My hotel booking was done for 3 nights ( and not 4 nights) initially....From day of schedule, it was clear I will be staying for 4 nights...I faced queries every day from Hotel reception on this...Later the 4th night was booked by Travel agent, but still I faced issues like non payment, no credit card authorization etc., This is a bad experience which must be rectified
b) Pick ups from Hotel and drops were good and on time, except 1st day ( Night safari)...The driver ( Ms May) was late by 1 hour for pickup and 50min late on return journey from given time...Moreover, she was not even apologetic about it...We maintain time and expect others to be the same....It cant be one way.
c) I observed other travellers in coach ( booked by other travel agents) had meal / Lunch coupons...Its will be better if you look into it, as it will help families

Except for these irritants, trip was good.. but Point (a) must be looked into....It will be good if I can get a reply on how it was missed to book for a night

Positives - Trip was organised well. Entire team from trip factory did a good job. Ground support at Dubai made hassle free transport arrangements. Itinerary was chalked out well. We enjoyed the trip. Hotel suggested was exactly as we wanted for a family of four. It was clean, comfortable and served a wide breakfast spread which had Indian items. Thanks to Maria for coordinating the trip from the beginning and answering all questions and concerns over whatsapp and phone. Thanks to Sowmya for suggesting some additional attractions which were worth visiting. I would definitely consider trip factory for my next trip.

Negatives - I was apprehensive initially as there were no updates and I was following up for each and everything. All fell in place once full payment was made. Most of the communication happened in the last two weeks. They should fix a calendar of actions once a trip is booked to avoid following up. I faced some issue at the time of check-in at Dubai hotel as they had not received payment from trip factory. This could have been avoided by making payment in time. Visits to some attractions were back to back without a proper break for lunch. It happened on our last day when visit to Miracle garden was clubbed with desert safari. We didn't get any time to freshen up or have lunch at the hotel. There is nothing available at desert safari. After going there we realized that there was no need to pick us up so early for desert safari. That day's planning was not done well.

Other than these few negatives, whole trip was nicely organised.

Overall satisfactory with experience with Tripfactory. Earlier Andaman tour without any hassle with tripfactory made me choose again for Jaipur package. The expert Mr.Vijay was very helpful in customizing the package according to our needs. He was providing clarity throughout the process and cleared the queries instantly.

Following points ( Experienced by self in this tour which caused slight inconvenience) to be noted by the tripfactory team to make customer's experience more enjoyable.

1) Hotel booking payment to be paid in advance to the hotel. Even though we have settled our package cost much earlier, the Jaipur hotel made us stay in the lobby for 30 mins which created an uncomfortable situation for my family traveling with infants. However, Telegram support was very useful and the support team resolved the issue pretty fast.

2) The Driver allocated to us was very pleasant and a good driver. However, he did not make any suggestions regarding the local place timings and did not show any interest in taking us for local shopping citing local parking congestion. We had to relieve him and use auto service for local shopping which caused us an additional burden.

3) Allocating a driver/guide with English speaking skills for non-Hindi speaking customers should be analyzed by the Tripfactory team. We were unable to convey our requirements fully to the driver since the driver did not know English much and we did not know Hindi much.

I have been using TF services from quite sometime and I am satisfied. But this time, the Goa resort was not good. I think TF should not onboard this resort. Issues were -

No swimming pool for kids
Gyms were under maintenance
No balcony for rooms
Reception area stinks
Television doesn't work properly and we call the repair person he comes with an attitude on his face.
Bathrooms are very small
No mobile network inside the resort. Every time we need to come out and then call.
Car driver did not maintain time to pickup customer - we were waiting for 40 to 60 mins.

Our recent visit to Dubai was planned through TripFactory in such an excellent manner that we didn't face a single problem from start to end. Everything was so well coordinated and accurately planned as per our needs and itinerary. Salman helped us a lot initially and the rest of the team was also in constant touch with us on Telegram to focus particularly on the queries (if we had).
I would say TripFactory is the perfect destination for all sorts of travel plans you have in mind. Its just perfect!!

Our Trip to Singapore (2N on Cruise + 4 N in Singapore) was very planned and managed by Trip Factory. For all the sightseeing places, prior communications was very well performed and we never had to face any hassle at all. A special word of Thanks to Saba whose service was absolutely superb. She was outstanding in customizing this trip as per our requirements and addressing our every single concern so well.

Flight options and Itinerary options could have been better

It was well organized trip thanks to Shruthi who is my tour organizer taken care all aspects but only upset from tripfactory is with hotel @ Amritsar which is not to upto the mark and missed the khajjiar and chamba due to heavy snow they would have taken other route to reach that place overall my experience is awesome thanks to Shruthi who made my trip memorable

The hotel was good.. everything was well organised expect the day 6 where the transportation was not arranged and had to follow up a lot and then finally got it arranged. Initially the point of contact was Manu who left the organisation and what he had told was different and later it was handed over to Priya. I felt she didn’t take much initiative for explaining things and when ever I asked her any query I didn’t get proper response. I would like to go with trip Factory for next trip but not with Priya as my point of contact

When the travel is planned for early check in had to be taken care by the trip factory and that can be changed, when traveling with family it is a challenge, the kids will be very tried, please take care about that. Rest all was very beautifully arranged

We were satisfied except internal shuffle of itinerary was not allowed and vehicle timing was not managed
