Special thanks for Nalendu, he was on top of all my queries and resolved them on time. He is really an asset for Trip Factory.
Few Suggestions -
1. During return pickup location, always share some hints to reach coach. It's very difficult for a new person with his/her family to reach unknown coach area.
2. For Zoo and Maina By bay our pickup was at 2PM, which postponed to 2:30PM and we reached approx at 3PM. Dur to this we had only 3 hrs to cover everything. With a toddler it's not possible to cover points in less time... traveller is paying full money, so pickup should be earlier for these points. May be at 12-1PM
