Very well planned , excellently coordinated and executed TOUR BY TRIP FACTORY.
1. TOURS AT ALL PLACES: At all places, message received about pick up and drop off points, car and driver details and timings. details given about the Tour being conducted , meals and other small small details.
2. All timings committed were maintained and adhered to, which is praise worthy.
3. All Hotels given were of good standard, but room selected by us was not given at Pho Quoc. At Hanoi , room was very small. The Hotel was apparently paid less and we got a bad Room and they refused to change to better room in the same category and even lower category, even though rooms were available at 0900hrs in the morning. Food standard was good in all these hotels. Staff at Da Nang Eden Hotel were very indifferent and cold in dealings. Staff at hotel O Galleria at hanoi were very good and helpful.
4. Vietjet Airlines experience was really bad. They were fashionably LATE at the destinations and they NEVER EVER regretted on inefficiency of their lethargic operations.
