Hi, Thank you all , it was a wonderful Trip and my Parents (who travelled )were satisfied as they enjoyed this trip.
Initially i was bit worried as i arranged this trip for Senior Citizen , a gift to my parent's on their Anniversary and Since i was not travelling along with them so tension doubled .
However,they had a wonderful trip to Andamand, thanks to the arrangement of Trip Factory.
Before the trip we keep regular contact via email, Whatsapp , and calls .They answered all of my questions quickly and in details, provided all information related to my trip.
Since the day my parents arrived Port Blair airport, their staff took great care of them with smiles and patience to make sure my Parents have a hassle free trip: hotel, car, program activities, transit to other Island etc moreover they are very punctual , itenary timing were followed as per on papers which shows their responsibility …
The Resort rooms they stayed in Havelock Island have great view and very relaxing.
Initially had some problem with Port Blair Hotel but when they complained about the bad smell, they quickly arranged to change the room for them.
I am rating them 4 out of 5 , the reason I gave 4/5 stars is because I think they could do even better in the future if they improve the tour program/activites (for example tour to local market and some local places , this will give travelers more broader outlook t the place they traveled mainly when Senior citizens are travelling alone it will be good option so that their tour become much hassel free!).
