It was our wonderful Kerala trip arranged by trip factory.We enjoyed munnar, thekkady n alleppy houseboat.There were no problems about booking. Driver was good. Trip Factory staff were cooperative. One suggestion to trip factory about Kumarkom destination .It was not worth.Ashirwad heritage in Kumarkom hotel is good but some of the things were missing like door lock,hand shower was not working. Wifi was not working in the room.
Bird sanctuary in Kumarkom was not worth and interesting. So please exclude this Kumarkom from Kerala trip plans.
