Being a regular customer of Trip Factory, I always had a good experience with them. During the second week of April 2022, I planned a visit to Kashmir. Ms Bhagya Jyothi, my trip advisor was very helpful and she sent me the programme well in advance and advised me to select the places. The arrangements made throughout the trip was well organized and the hotels and the vehicle provided were great. The experience at Pahalgam and Gulmarg was great and the hospitality provided at the resort/hotel were also excellent. The hotel at Srinagar was good but the amenities provided was not up to the standard. I would like to thank Ms. Bhagya Jyothi for all the help provided for making my trip a success. I look forward to utilize the services of trip factory for my future tours.
