Firstly I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Muskan Taj the executive whose exceptional customer service played a pivotal role in my decision to book with Trip Factory. She demonstrated remarkable flexibility with my personalized travel plans, ensured all our requirements were met, and endeavored to secure the best possible deal. The trip was enjoyable and offered at a very fair price, with the majority of arrangements made for us. We did encounter some minor setbacks, such as delayed pickups due to the intense traffic in Bali. I believe there was room for improvement in the planning of the trip itinerary since we unfortunately missed visiting some sites. I recommend not adding Celuk, MAS, Alas Kedaton (Monkey Forest), and Goa Gajah to your itinerary unless you have ample time to spare. From my personal experience, these places require a considerable amount of travel time and, in my opinion, may not be as rewarding to visit.
