Hi, overall I am happy with the trip. The driver and vehicle were good. He took me to all the planned spots. Came on time to the hotels. The tickets for all the planned sightseeing were arranged. The Telegram assistance channel was useful. And the pricing for the package was good.
On the other side, some areas of improvement:
a) There were a couple of instances of confusion on what I had discussed with TF Bangalore and what the Bali team knew - this should have been avoided.
b) I was told while making the booking that the driver would also be as tour guide - this wasn't the case. The driver only took me to the spots, did not explain anything
c) Nusa Penida trip could have been more relaxing
d) Driver should avoid using his phone while driving
