Trip factory has made our Thailand trip memorable one. Superb service with quick response in case of any query or adding anything to current package. Ground support was very fast and quick. Overall I will recommend Trip factory if you want to have hassle free experience.
Overall good experience but not recommended one as the initial offer and final offer just before the travel is different. Travel agents should be vocal on what they really have in plate to offer. after making 80% payment things start changing. Really paid atleast 3000-4000 TBH (Rs 10000) extra in our trip for guided tour

Entire trip was went well especially Mr Periyaraj helped in making trip comfortably as this was our first experience at abroad.
But B/fast at Hotel was not good.Since majority of occupants are Indians ,they would have provided atleast some indian B/F like Poori ,dosa ,alu parata etc.,

The trip planning was very good Mr Periyaraj was our organiser and planer.He selected the best hotels,transportation,food for us.He contacted us every day to check on us.We had a great time because of Mr Periyaraj and tripfactory special thanks to them

Overall experience was good. Tripfsctory team was supportive through most of the team. The itinerary was flexible. The food choices could have been better. The hotel rooms selected were average but served the purpose.

Our experience with Tripfactory was really good. Everything in the itenary was well coordinated and communicated. There was one miscommunication which was resolved quickly through their telegram channel.Thanks to Spandan, our Tripfactory agent who planned everything correctly and gave us wonderful memory!

2. Hotel and location was good.
3. Package cost was worthy.
Bad:
1. Some local drivers were not good and polite.
2. Bangkok driver on temple tour didn't maintain time and we missed to see one temple. Lunch time should also considered.
3. Bangkok room was small could have been in sky wing side.
4. Return flight would have been booked in night so we could have utilised morning and traffic travel time.

I dr. Ruhi gupta went bali for a family trip. The trip started very well. When we reached bali, big vehicle came to receive us so that all luggage accomodated well. Hotels were so good and cozy, location was awesome.As we are pure vegetarian so food options are less available but whatever given has good taste. Mr. Sharang has planned trip so well so that we didn't face any problem. Sharang ji is very punctual in receiving call and solving issues.I highly recommend trip factory to everyone for good overseas trip. Thank you trip factory for wonderful holidays and special thanx to Mr. Sharang.
