Scandinavian countries is my second trip with Trip Factory. My experience right from finalisng the trip to complete execution was always good. By and large most of the hotels were good except Scandic Copenhagen rooms were cramped.
All the transfers, concerned drivers were not only punctual but very polite and friendly. Except some confusion at Copenhagen.
All site seeing, Fjord tours and ticketing and the contents are excellent. I mus admit continuous support of telegram group thro out the tour.
