This is the 4th time we are travelling with Trip Factory, we never faced any problem. Vehicle arrangement, Accommodation, Itinerary are excellent. They always stand as per their commitment to customer.
This time, there was a small confusion, but they sorted out immediately and resolved in minutes.
Good thing is that, they started whatsapp group, from sales rep to higher officials will be part of that group. Instantly they will respond in that group.
Travelling with Trip Factory we always carry lot of sweet memories. I strongly recommend to my friends and relatives.
My heartfelt thanks to the team of Trip Factory, Special Thanks to Mr Nicholas, Mr Sadiq and the driver Mr Reddy ( was very good ).
