I have a mixed reviews for tripfactory as a whole. As everything ended well so I am giving it 4 stars.
Pros
1. Quick Services for planning trip
2. Call backs were late but good part was responses were given and issues were resolved
3. Prices were good compared too other sites

Cons
1. I had an issue with payment , Had to call multiple times. Responses were given for each calls, but issue was resolved late

Its just an awesome trip, well arranged and well guided. Everything was well timed and maintained. The Information giving to us was very helpful and was exactly the same what we get. Rucha, our travel adviser helped a lot by her valuable suggestion and additional information, communication was always ON and well attended.

Special thanks to Rucha for making our trip more memorable and enjoyable.

We had a wonderful trip to simla and kullu manali.Driver Anil Kumar is really great he guided as properly and his driving skill is excellent in the hill area.Tripfactory did a great plan and executed well on our trip only thing is travelling time is very high from chandigarh to simla and manali to simla may be you might have planned another way to reduce the travel time and another thing is in our travel plan you have offered 1 Candle light dinner
1 honeymoon cake
1 flower bed decoration
Almond or Baadam milk once during your stay

but nothing is offered to us it was quite disappointed.

Vivaan sunrise hotel & honeymoon inn ambience and food taste is excellent.especially in vivaan hotel we can able to see the complete view of manali from our room it is really great.

Very well managed Andaman and nicobar trip....thanx a lot fouzia,Ibrahim,mansoor....and all co ordinators who helped at all times and made this trip very memorable...i totally recommend trip factory to all.

Zaid our trip advisor was very cooperative and helpfull in sending various quotations for different dates and for resolving our queries within TAT. In fact total cost of the trip is very reasonable when compared to other sites/travel agents. Stay/accomodation provided was very good except for few mosquitoes. One suggestion would be to include lunch and meals with extra charge so that we don't waste time in search of good hotels. Overall very happy with the trip .

A Very Good Experience with my Andaman trip. Mr Sanjay/Majid at Port blair & Mr. Mansoor at Havelock are very good guy & helping too. I enjoyed my trip without any worry. Thanks to Trip Factory to make my Andaman trip a memorable one. Thanks to Ms. Yasmeen Taj also who is helping too to book my trip. The Hotels and arrangements Provided are very good . Though the trip didnt fitted our budget, as additional charges were to be paid for the sightseeing options and to the Driver as well.

Tripfactory staff called us at the last minute when we were about to leave for the Airport, informing us that the Car pick up couldnt be arranged for a late night drive wherein we had already paid additional charge for the same, this was not even informed beforehand, however on my insistence they managed to send the airport pick up at midnight.

The sightseeing options weren't enough as two of the sightseeing option was closed due to water rise in the river and could not be completed. We felt the sightseeing options were not covered properly as there were many other options to check out.

The Hotel property is too far from the main city area hence a lot of travelling is involved. The property also doesnt offer you anything in great as such. It becomes very monotonous to spend time in the hotel vicinity. According to us, the hotel is overly priced for such a location and services. The staff there was very helpful and specially the F&B staff, we loved their hospitality. We checked in at the hotel 6 hrs early, still they accommodated us without any extra charge, that was admirable.

However, we enjoyed the trip as we didnt wanted to ruin it for the sake of petty issues.
We want to thank Trip Factory and our travel expert Ms. Sushma R for organizing a wonderful trip to Coorg.

We look forward to creating more excursions with Trip Factory in future.

It was an wonderful experience throughout the vacation which we spend in Kerala. I had a good response from trip factory person in all aspects related to trip.

Nice trip.....

Enjoyed the trip. Rohtang pass in Manali could not be covered though it was in the itinerary.One more day in Manali would have been better. Only local sightseeing was covered. Breakfast, Dinner should have been provided in all hotels. Selection makes confusion and we had to remain hungry at Amritsar. Overall the trip was good .

My experience was too much good. TrpFactory.com is reliable what they comment................
Only one thing i want to suggest that they should improve meal on houseboat.......
