I had booked a trip to singapore for 5 days. Meenakshi was my expert and helped me in planning the trip. This was my first international trip and also first trip with trip factory therefore i was bit worried. But everthing was arranged perfectly including the Visa , flights, accomodation and timely plan for pick up and drop. Where ever i found myself in trouble during the trip i contacted trip factory and they resolved my issues within minutes. I would like to thank meenakshi for always being there to answer all the queries i had regarding the trip.
