Dear Team of Trip Factory,
Thanks for our Trip Management and services provided by you. Hotel and places were really good. It was nice experience to visit such a beautiful place Ooty and Coorg . Peaceful and safe trip . We were all girls and we were so comfortable with our driver Mr. Nagraj. He was so polite and decent person.
Only problem we faced that, we were not aware of such a long distance from Bangalore Airport to our Hotels. It was really hectic to seat in a car for such a long time. Hotel facility was good but it was helpful if you have provided somewhere inside the city.
Overall trip was really good and smooth.
