Upon arrival and completion of immigration formalities, our friendly tour guide will be waiting to greet you and escort you to your hotel. Day 4: Three Cities In A Day – Paris, Brussels & Amsterdam Adventure

  • After enjoying a hearty breakfast, check out from your Paris hotel as we begin our journey to the Netherlands. En route, we stop in Brussels, the charming capital of Belgium and the de facto headquarters of the European Union. This cosmopolitan city beautifully blends historic charm with modern elegance.
  • Our first stop is the Grand Place, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Europe’s most stunning squares. Surrounded by elegant guildhalls and the 15th-century Brussels Town Hall, it’s the perfect spot to soak in the grandeur of Belgian architecture. From there, we take a short walk to the beloved Manneken Pis statue – a small but iconic figure that represents the city's playful spirit.
  • Next, enjoy a photo stop at the Atomium, an architectural marvel and one of the most recognisable landmarks in Belgium. Originally constructed for the 1958 World Expo, the Atomium’s futuristic spheres make for a memorable backdrop.
  • We then continue our journey toward Amsterdam, crossing scenic countryside and arriving in the Netherlands by evening. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel located near Schiphol Airport. Day 5: Explore Amsterdam With Canal Cruise – Visit Keukenhof Gardens (Until 12th May) Or The Zaanse Schans (From 13th May) - Visit Cologne Cathedral

  • After a delicious breakfast and hotel check-out, get ready to experience the charm of the Netherlands. Depending on your travel date, today’s highlight will be either the iconic Keukenhof Gardens or the traditional village of Zaanse Schans.
  • Until 12 May: Enjoy a visit to the vibrant Keukenhof Gardens, a floral paradise showcasing millions of tulips, daffodils, and hyacinths in full bloom—perfect for photos and a joyful springtime stroll.
  • From 13 May: Explore the charming village of Zaanse Schans, famous for its wooden houses, working windmills, and artisan workshops. Watch a live clog-making demo, visit a traditional cheese farm, and get a glimpse of authentic Dutch life.
  • Next, discover Amsterdam from a unique angle aboard a glass-topped canal cruise. Sail through the historic canals lined with picturesque buildings, arched bridges, and heritage-rich quarters that define the city’s charm.
  • After lunch, begin your journey toward Germany. Your next stop is the stunning city of Cologne, where you'll enjoy an outside view of the magnificent Cologne Cathedral – a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most impressive Gothic structures in Europe. With its twin 515-foot spires, the cathedral is a masterpiece of medieval architecture and an iconic symbol of the city.
  • We then continue onward to Frankfurt. As today involves a long yet scenic drive, a packed dinner will be provided for your convenience. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and unwind after a day full of cross-border discoveries.

Day 6: Travel To The Heart Of The Black Forest And Visit Switzerland’s Largest Waterfall - The Rhine Falls

  • After enjoying a hearty breakfast, we check out and begin our scenic journey toward the Black Forest region of Germany, famed for its dense woodlands, charming villages, and timeless folklore. As we drive through winding forest roads surrounded by towering pines and firs, you’ll feel as if you’ve stepped into the pages of a fairy tale.
  • En route, we visit a local cuckoo clock workshop, where you can witness skilled craftsmen creating intricate timepieces using traditional techniques passed down through generations. This is also the perfect place to pick up an authentic Black Forest souvenir. Relax with a warm beverage and soak in the serene beauty of this picturesque region, known for its tranquil atmosphere and postcard-perfect settings.
  • From here, we continue our journey across the border into Switzerland, with a spectacular stop at Schaffhausen, home to one of Europe’s greatest natural wonders — the Rhine Falls. Cascading with immense force, the Rhine Falls is Switzerland’s largest and most powerful waterfall. Day 7: World’s First Rotating Cable Car Rotair Up Mt. Titlis Peak At 3,020m - Orientation Tour Of Lucerne

  • After breakfast, get ready for a thrilling alpine experience as we head to the mountain village of Engelberg. From here, enjoy a series of cable car rides leading up to the spectacular Mt. Titlis, culminating in the breathtaking Rotair, the world’s first revolving cable car. At 3,020 meters above sea level, soak in stunning 360-degree views of snow-covered peaks, deep crevasses, and glistening glaciers.
  • Test your nerves with a walk on the Cliff Walk, Europe’s highest suspension bridge, perched along the edge of Mt. Titlis — an unforgettable experience!

Day 8: Magical Alpine Excursion To The Top Of Europe – The Amazing Jungfraujoch And Scenic Interlaken (Extra Cost)

  • After breakfast, get ready for a truly magical Alpine experience. Today, you have the opportunity to join an unforgettable excursion to Jungfraujoch – The Top of Europe (available at an additional cost).
  • We begin by heading to Grindelwald Terminal, where the state-of-the-art Eiger Express gondola swiftly takes you to Eigergletscher Station in just 15 minutes. From there, board the legendary cogwheel train that ascends to the highest railway station in Europe at 11,333 feet.
  • At the summit, immerse yourself in a world of eternal snow and ice. Wander through the Ice Palace, where artists sculpt masterpieces in frozen form, and take in jaw-dropping views of the Aletsch Glacier from the panoramic Sphinx Observatory — a true high point of your European adventure.
  • Those who prefer a more relaxed day can spend time in Interlaken, a scenic town nestled between two lakes and surrounded by the majestic Swiss Alps. Whether shopping for Swiss souvenirs or enjoying a lakeside walk, Interlaken offers a peaceful escape.

  • Hotel rooms in Europe accommodate a maximum of 3 persons; the third bed is usually a rollaway in rooms similar in size to doubles.
  • Expected room sizes: 4-star hotels (190–230 sq. ft), 3-star hotels (120–180 sq. ft).
  • Complimentary water bottles are not provided in European hotels; however, tap water is safe to drink.
  • Flights to Europe (into Paris, out of Zurich) are provided, if opted, subject to flight availability and applicable routing and stopover conditions with layovers of up to 8 hours.
  • All external flights include 23 kg check-in baggage and in-flight meals (Short duration flights meals not included)
  • Long drive days may include packed lunches or dinners for passenger convenience.
  • Visa appointment support is guaranteed, but visa approval is at the discretion of the embassy.
  • Group arrival transfer from Paris is provided for flights landing between 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM; waiting time may apply.
  • Baggage Note:For domestic or internal flights within an international tour, baggage allowance will follow the rules of the respective airline. Guests must pack according to the permitted limits. Excess baggage charges (if any) must be paid directly by the guest.

  • Pre- or post-tour hotel accommodation and services not included in the itinerary.
  • Additional expenses due to route changes, airline amendments, date changes, or accommodation modifications arising from unforeseen or force majeure circumstances.
  • Porterage, laundry, telephone calls, personal shopping, alcoholic beverages, and meals or snacks not specified in the group menu.
  • Expenses arising from personal illness, medical emergencies, hospitalization, or accidents during the tour.
  • Charges for optional activities, excursions, or services not mentioned in the itinerary.
  • For direct joiners, airport transfers are not included and must be arranged independently for arrival and departure.
  • Guests departing independently from Zurich must arrange or pay for their transfers separately.
  • No refund will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, or any activities not availed during the tour.

  • 1. Pricing Structure
  • All tour prices are composed of two components: Euro (€) and Indian Rupee (₹). The final payable amount will be calculated based on the Euro exchange rate prevailing on the date of payment. Prices are subject to adjustment in case of exchange rate fluctuations.
  • 2. Booking & Payment
  • 2.1 Payments Within India
  • 45+ days before departure: ₹30,000 per person at booking + ₹45,000 per person within 7 days
  • Within 45 days of departure: ₹75,000 per person deposit; balance payable at least 21 days prior
  • Within 21 days of departure: 100% payment required at booking
  • Failure to adhere to timelines may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture.
  • Pricing: Prices are per person on a twin-sharing basis. Single travelers must pay the applicable single supplement. Rates remain subject to change until full payment is received.
  • 2.2 Bookings Made Outside India
  • For all bookings made outside India, a minimum payment of EUR 300 per person is mandatory at booking.
  • This amount is adjustable against the total tour cost. Balance payment follows the standard payment schedule.
  • Non-compliance may result in non-confirmation or cancellation.
  • 3. Tax Collected at Source (TCS)
  • TCS is calculated on the total tour cost and payable with the final payment:
  • 5% up to ₹10 lakh
  • 20% on amounts exceeding ₹10 lakh (effective 1 April 2025)
  • 10% if PAN is inoperative (not linked with Aadhaar)
  • 4. Cancellations & Refunds
  • 4.1 Bookings Within India
  • 120+ Days Prior to Departure: 10% of tour cost
  • 120–60 Days Prior: 25% of tour cost
  • 60–30 Days Prior: 50% of tour cost
  • 30–15 Days Prior: 75% of tour cost
  • Within 15 Days: 100% cancellation (non-refundable)
  • Visa Rejection Policy (Bookings Made in India):
  • In the event of visa rejection, ₹20,000 per person plus visa fees, visa assistance charges, and insurance costs are non-refundable.
  • 4.2 Bookings Made Outside India
  • 0–14 days: 100% non-refundable
  • 15–44 days: 50% of tour cost
  • 45+ days: EUR 200 per person (or equivalent currency)
  • 4.3 Operator Cancellation
  • If cancelled due to operational reasons, low participation, or force majeure, a full refund of tour cost will be issued. Ancillary expenses (visas, insurance, domestic travel) are not refundable.
  • 5. Travel Insurance
  • Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended. Proof may be requested prior to departure.
  • 6. Passport, Visa & Immigration
  • Guests must hold valid passports (minimum 6 months validity beyond return date) and obtain required visas. Visa fees are non-refundable. The operator is not responsible for visa denials or delays.
  • 7. Flights, Hotels & Operations
  • Flights may involve up to two stops from major Indian hubs; schedules are tentative with layovers up to 8 hours.
  • Baggage allowance as per airline policy.
  • Hotels will be of similar category; standard check-in 4 PM / check-out 11 AM.
  • Tours operate with a minimum of 20 passengers. Itineraries may change due to operational or weather conditions.Alternate sightseeing will be arranged if attractions are closed.
  • Luggage Limit: Due to coach capacity, guests are limited to one check-in bag and one handbag per person.
