Standard Cancellation Policy:
More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit only
60-46 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
45-31 days before departure: 75% of total tour cost
30 days or less before departure: 100% of total tour cost

Voy Holidays reserves the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient numbers or unforeseen circumstances
Full refund will be provided for tours cancelled by Voy Holidays
Voy Holidays is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by clients in preparation for the tour
3. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all participants
Insurance must cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, and emergency repatriation
Proof of valid travel insurance must be provided prior to departure
4. HEALTH AND FITNESS REQUIREMENTS

Participants must be in good physical and mental health suitable for travel

In cases of visa rejection, all expenses incurred by Voy Holidays for visa processing are non-refundable and will be billed to the customer
